An IAS art student tradition! These are just a few of the many, many wishes for holiday cheer that 7-12 (and a few 4th grade) art students made for the residents of Westgate. What a great way to celebrate with people of all ages!

The 7th grade students visited Michigan Tech today, to take part in a festival hosted by Mind Trekkers. Mind Trekkers brings communities together to support an educational ecosystem and strong future workforce in STEM. During the event, students discovered the power of science through experimentation. Experiments included skewering a balloon without popping it, being inside a bubble, and even playing a piano made of bananas!
